Confidentiality and Integrity

1. Confidentiality: All judges are obliged to sign non-disclosure agreements to ensure the privacy and security of the submitted materials.
2. False Information: If it is found that any entrant has knowingly provided false information on their application, the Industry Eagles Awards reserves the right to withdraw any entry at any time submitted by that organisation.
3. Reputation Protection: If, in the opinion of the committee, a nomination is reasonably likely to cause material damage to the reputation of the Industry Eagles Awards or any of its sponsors, the committee shall, at its sole discretion, choose to disqualify that nomination.
4. Public Information: The information provided in the entry form will be used for the winners’ announcement text. If any information is strictly confidential, it must be clearly highlighted in the entry. We may create a brief overview of the winning entry for constructing social media posts and promotional content. Shortlisted and winners’ logos will also be used for social media announcements and other content to highlight their achievements. If you would not like to participate in such promotion, please let us know.

Judging and Awards Process

  1. Entry Review: Following confirmation of receipt of entry, the judging panel will consider nominations.
  2. Shortlisting: The awards team will contact organisations that have been shortlisted. Once the shortlist is published, organisations that have made the shortlist may publicise this fact (including using the official awards logos).
  3. Finalist Participation: Once a candidate has been announced as a finalist, it cannot withdraw from the competition.
  4. Winners Announcement: The award winners will be announced on 5th June 2025 at the awards ceremony. Winners may be requested to participate in post-event publicity.
  5. Photograph/Logo Requirement: All shortlisted finalists will be required to supply a high-resolution photograph in JPEG format or a logo in PNG format, which will be shown during the presentation ceremony at the award evening. These photos and logos will also be used for announcements on social media and other promotional content.
  6. Category Adjustment: Industry Eagles Awards reserves the right, after consultation with the entrant, to move submissions to a more appropriate category.
  7. Entry Retention: The awards committee will retain copies of all entries.
  8. Feedback: Judges may provide constructive feedback on entries. While this feedback is not guaranteed for all entries, it can offer valuable insights for improvement.
  9. Tiebreaker: In the event of a tie, the entry with the highest score in the “Overall Experience” category will be given the higher rank. If the judges decide, Industry Eagles Awards might give two entrants the same award in the event of a tie.
  10. Final Decision: The decisions of the judges are final and will not be subject to any appeal. All entrants must agree to be bound by them.
  11. Notification: All entrants will be notified of their status once the judging process is complete.
  12. Public Announcements: Winners will be announced on the official Industry Eagles Awards website and through associated media channels.
  13. Awards Ceremony: Winners will be invited to attend the awards ceremony, where they will receive their respective accolades.
  14. Promotion: Winning entries may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, press releases, and case studies, unless otherwise specified by the entrant.
