What is the attire for the awards ceremony?
The requested attire is black tie.
Are tickets required for the Awards Ceremony?
Yes, all attendees must have purchased tickets in advance for admittance.
How will we receive our purchased tickets?
Tickets will sent via email. Tickets will feature an assigned table number, and guests must sit at their assigned tables.
What is the schedule for the awards Ceremony on 16 May 2024?
5:00 PM / 17:00 | Registration begins
5:45 PM / 17:45 | Reception
6:15 PM / 18:15 | Dinner, Ballroom
7:00 PM / 19:00 | Awards Presentations
9:00 PM / 21:00 | After Party
Which awards will be presented at the awards ceremony?
All awards won by organisations in attendance – Grand, Gold, Silver and Bronze will be presented to them.
Will Industry Eagles Awards winners who are not represented at the event be announced?
No. Only winners in attendance will be recognised at the event, however, all winners will be announced and published online and on our social media platforms.
Will we be able to make an acceptance speech after accepting our awards?
es. Each organization will have 30 seconds in which to make an acceptance speech.
Will the awards presentations be broadcasted online to watch remotely?
No, the awards presentations will not be broadcasted online to watch remotely
Will there be still photographers at the awards ceremony?
Yes, we will have a still photographers at the event. Link to the pictures will be emailed after the event. Pictures will also be posted on our social media platforms.You may use the photographs however you’d like.
If our organization cannot attend the event to accept our awards, will there be a cost to receive our awards?
Yes. you will need to purchase the awards trophy.
