North Highland achieved a 30% reduction in costs and a 300% increase in deployment speed by focusing on efficiency. Activities were streamlined, redundancies eliminated, and standardised playbooks for key tasks were developed. These playbooks documented best practices and served as clear roadmaps for team members, ensuring consistency and quality across deployments. This meticulous approach facilitated knowledge transfer and maintained high performance throughout the project lifecycle.
